my professional journey

unlocking collective effervescence.

Two things ring true when it comes to the parts of my career that have given me the most energy, unlocked the deepest parts of myself, and helped me grow.

The first is vulnerability. The most uncomfy shit has always led to the deepest connection to myself.

And the second is collective effervescence. The phenomenon that happens in collective assembly or collective experience has contributed to the absolute greatest meaning of belonging and joy for me. These are some of the places that have led me to where I am today.

awards

Listen… I don’t really subscribe to the value of awards, but they seem to be something people often ask about. There is a lot and sometimes actually very little that goes into an organization acquiring awards. These are some of the awards that I have been a part of, but I’m way more proud of the connections and impact of the work than all of these awards combined.
