Digital Recruitment For America’s Top Ultra Club

EFFECTIVELY SEEKING TALENT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA

E11even Miami's high energy social playground is the perfect backdrop for the club’s Cirque-style theatrical performances, with elaborate custom costumes, choreographed go-go dancers, aerialists, contortionist, and interactive characters which all take center stage. It all began with a casting call.


THEIR GOAL

Launch an extensive digital recruitment campaign to attract high-level talent, engage candidates along with their management teams, and lead applicants through the hiring process to adequately staff the new ultraclub in preparation for the grand opening. A secondary opportunity to assist in casting call's for the highly anticipated film, Entourage.


THEIR RESULTS

The team created social campaigns to promote casting call recruitment events throughout Miami and Las Vegas. Through behavior and geographic targeting coupled with custom audiences, Chatterkick jumpstarted the digital recruitment process for cocktail servers, bartenders, VIP hosts, runway models, and dancers. Reaching such a vast pool of talent required the muscle of several social platforms including Facebook (organic and paid) Facebook events, Twitter (organic and paid), Instagram, Soundcloud and LinkedIn.

Donning the club's burlesque attitude Chatterkick team members actively reached out to interested candidates, along with their management teams, answering questions, developing industry influencers, and encouraging interested candidates through the digital application process. The recruitment campaign included job postings, enticing content, club culture and, Miami flavor.
